| 提出并优化设计了一种结合光波导谐振技术的窄谱干涉的测速(或测长)技术及其系统,该技术兼有白光干涉的绝对测量和单色光干涉响应多普勒频移的特点。工作光波由分布式反馈激光器经双环石英波导谐振后提供,两支同源窄带光经多普勒频移后叠加干涉,干涉结果包含了速度信息。优化设计采用了多目标优化SPEA2算法,数值仿真结果显示,系统可以达到0.01 mm/s速度变动的测试响应。 |

| This paper proposed and optimized a kind of velocity measurement system using waveguide resonance technology and a narrow-spectral-width interferometry.The new technology has the advantage of absolute measurement of white light interferometry with the characteristic of Doppler shift responded by monochromatic light interference.The light source for measurement is provided by a distributed feedback laser and the light goes through the ring resonance waveguide.Two beams of narrow-spectral-width light from the same light source interference with each other after Doppler shift.The interference result contains the information of velocity.SPEA2 algorithm is adopted to optimize the system design.According to the simulation result,this measurement system can detect the velocity up to 0.01 mm/s. |
