| 为实现荧光成像辅助定位癌变组织,并获得高分辨率可视化图像,设计了一款工作波段为486~656 nm可见光与780~850 nm荧光波段的全高清医用硬性内窥镜光学系统。系统采用共光路结构,设计内容包含90°大视场的像方远心前物镜系统、对称式消像差中继传像系统以及实现与探测器光学匹配的后物镜系统。经Zemax仿真优化,系统在物距为10 mm时,可见光物方分辨率达63.7 lp/mm,荧光物方分辨率达45.3 lp/mm,最大畸变小于22%,相对照度高于90%。公差分析结果表明,该系统性能满足加工与实际应用要求。其在保证高分辨率成像的同时兼具荧光导航功能,可显著提高临床诊断的精确性,具有良好的实用价值。 |

| To achieve fluorescence-assisted localization of cancerous tissues and obtain high-resolution visualization, a full high-definition rigid medical endoscope optical system is designed, covering the spectral range of 486–656 nm for visible light and 780–850 nm for fluorescence. A common-path configuration was adopted. The optical design included a 90° wide-field image-space telecentric objective, a symmetric aplanatic relay imaging system, and a rear objective lens optically matched to the detector. Through Zemax simulation and optimization, the system achieved an spatial resolution of 63.7 lp/mm in the visible band and 45.3 lp/mm in the fluorescence band at an object distance of 10 mm. The maximum distortion was less than 22%, and the relative illumination exceeded 90%. Tolerance analysis demonstrated that the system performance met fabrication and practical application requirements. The proposed design ensured high-resolution imaging while integrating fluorescence navigation, significantly enhancing the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and exhibiting strong potential for practical application. |
