      随着慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺癌等肺部疾病日益威胁全球健康,开发有效的诊断和治疗方法变得至关重要。基于纳米颗粒的计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)造影剂,特别是基于金的纳米颗粒,由于其卓越的X射线吸收能力和生物相容性而成为研究的焦点。本文简要介绍了计算机断层扫描技术,详细阐述了基于纳米颗粒的CT造影剂在肺部疾病诊断和治疗中的应用进展,重点介绍了基于金的纳米颗粒及其改性产品的发展。讨论了当前技术面临的挑战和未来发展方向。该研究强调,基于纳米颗粒的CT造影剂在肺部疾病的精确诊断和治疗方面潜力巨大。
英文摘要:
      As chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer, among other lung diseases, increasingly threatened global health, the development of effective diagnostic and treatment methods became paramount. Nanoparticle-based computed tomography (CT) contrast agents, especially those based on gold nanoparticles, became the focus of research due to their outstanding X-ray absorption capacity and biocompatibility. This paper briefly introduced CT imaging technology and elaborated on the application progress of nanoparticle-based CT contrast agents in the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases, with a particular emphasis on gold nanoparticles and their modified derivatives. The current challenges and future directions of the technology were discussed. The study emphasized the enormous potential of nanoparticle-based CT contrast agents in the precise diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases.
