| 基于对单层超构表面的结构优化而设计的消色差透镜在光学成像上已扮演着重要作用。然而,单层超构透镜的结构设计不能提供足够大的色差补偿相位,从而限制了消色差透镜的尺寸和数值孔径。提出一种双层硅基级联消色差超构透镜的实现方案,相比单层超构透镜能够提供更大的色差补偿相位。优化超构透镜的结构得到从0.5 THz到1.1 THz频率范围的色差补偿相位φ = 3.87π rad,在模拟上设计出焦距F = 12 mm、数值孔径NA = 0.37和直径D = 9.6 mm的太赫兹消色差透镜。这种双层硅基级联消色差超构透镜的设计将在太赫兹探测、成像等领域发挥重要作用。 |

| Achromatic metalens based on the structural optimization of single-layer metasurface has played an important role in optical imaging. However, the single-layer metalens cannot provide enough phase compensation, which limits the sample size and numerical aperture of achromatic metalens. In this paper, a cascaded silicon-based achromatic metalens is proposed, which can provide more phase compensation in comparison with the case that it is in a single-layer metasurface. The meta-atoms are optimized and the chromatic phase compensation φ = 3.87π rad is obtained at the frequency range from 0.5 THz to 1.1 THz. We design a terahertz broadband achromatic metalens with focal length F = 12 mm, numerical aperture NA = 0.37 and diameter D = 9.6 mm in the simulation. The cascaded silicon-based terahertz achromatic metalens designed in this paper will act as an important role in terahertz detection, imaging and other fields. |
