| 基于单站逆合成孔径雷达成像原理,设计了一套太赫兹近场极化合成孔径雷达成像系统。系统在电学成像方式的基础上引入了光学器件硅分束器,达到了基于单站逆合成孔径雷达成像原理的伪双站成像效果。详细分析了系统中由硅分束器引起的系统误差,并提出了校准方案。解决了在近场成像场景中,由于高增益天线视场角窄而引起的多站成像困难的问题。实验结果表明,系统校准方案取得了良好的校准效果,成像系统能够准确地获取目标极化图像。 |

| Based on the imaging principle of single station inverse synthetic aperture radar, a terahertz (THz) near-field polarizing synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging system is designed. Based on the electrical imaging mode, the silicon beam splitter is introduced to achieve the pseudo-bistatic imaging effect based on the principle of single-station inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging. The system error caused by the silicon beam splitter in the system is analyzed in detail, and the calibration scheme is proposed. The problem of multi-station imaging difficulty caused by narrow field angle of high gain antenna in the near-field imaging is solved. The experimental results show that the system calibration scheme achieves good calibration effect, and the imaging system can accurately obtain the polarization images of the target. |
