| 为了满足高校教学和人才培养的需求,便于系统的小型化、低成本,设计了低成本光谱仪的光学系统和机械结构,制作了低成本的光谱仪实物并完成了对仪器的性能测试。该光谱仪的工作波长为400~800 nm,分辨率为20 nm,仪器尺寸为200 mm×120 mm×80 mm,成本控制在2 000元以内。通过对仪器的测试,获得了六个光谱特征峰,验证了低成本光谱仪系统光学设计的可行性和合理性。 |

| In order to meet the requirement of teaching and personnel training and to facilitate the miniaturization of the system and reduce cost,the optical system and mechanical structure of a low-cost spectrometer are designed in this paper.The performance of the instrument is tested.The low-cost spectrometer is developed.The working wavelength of the spectrometer is 400-800 nm.The spectral resolution of spectrometer is 20 nm and the volume is 200 mm×120 mm×80 mm.The cost of the spectrometer is less than 2 000 yuan.The six characteristic peaks of the spectrometer are successfully measured by testing,which verifies the feasibility and the rationality of the optical design of the low-cost spectrometer. |
