| 为检测空间小型凸非球面反射镜,设计了一种适合其检测的结构。由于需要透射式检测,材料选择有局限性,首先优选反射镜材料,然后优选反射镜支撑方案,并对反射镜定位原理进行详细分析。在设计此反射镜组件时特地添加了阻尼环节及柔性环节,以减小装配应力、热应力及动力学响应,并重点而透彻地分析了装配方法,且对该反射镜组件进行了模拟工程分析。分析结果满足指标要求,该方案设计合理可行。 |

| For a small convex spherical mirror, due to the requirement of transmission-type testing, material selection is limited. The mirror material is firstly selected, then mirror support scheme is optimized.The detailed mirror positioning principle is analyzed, when specially adding damping and flexible components to reduce the assembly stress, thermal stress and dynamic response, and the key assembly method is thoroughly analyzed.This mirror component is simulated by using engineering analysis.The analysis results completely meet the requirements of indicators and the design is reasonable. |
