| The basic principle of optical time domain reflectometry (OTDR) technique, coherent optical time domain reflectometry (COTDR) technique and phase sensitive optical time domain reflection (φ-OTDR) technology based on Rayleigh scattering are introduced. This paper respectively introduces the development status of the three technologies, summarizes their advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the developing direction and prospect of future work. |
