| 提出一种合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar,SAR)原始数据幅相(amplitude and phase,AP)变换域压缩算法,该算法首先把以幅度、相位形式表示的SAR原始数据做离散余弦变换以降低数据间的相关性,并使数据的统计特性符合高斯分布,再对变换系数进行网格编码量化(TCQ)。对实测SAR数据进行了实验,结果表明该算法能够有效地控制相位精度,在同等量化标准下,平均误差和相位误差有了一定的降低,数据相似度、数据信噪比、图像信噪比等指标都有相应的改善。 |

| In this paper, a transform algorithm for compressing synthetic aperture radar (SAR) raw amplitude and phase (AP) data is proposed. This algorithm is based on combination of discrete cosine transform (DCT) and trellis coding quantization (TCQ). Firstly, the SAR raw data, expressed in the form of amplitude and phase, is done with the DCT in order to reduce the correlation of all data, and makes the statistical properties of the data in according to the Gaussian distribution. Then, the transform coefficients are done with the TCQ. Test results on the actual measurement SAR raw data show that the proposed algorithm can effectively control the precision of the phase data. Under the same quantization criteria, the average error and phase error has been reduced and the data similarity, the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of both data and image have been improved. |
