| 针对扫频光源相干层析成像系统(SS-OCT)光谱的非高斯型分布,对采样到的干涉光谱实施了基于汉明窗函数的光谱整形。利用选用的汉明窗整形算法,成功地实现了对样品(镀膜的塑料卡片)上界面层析成像纵向分辨率的提升,使其上界面膜层的分辨率从128.9 μm提高至109.4 μm。由于更好地压缩纵向扫描(A-canning)信号的展宽,因此基于汉明窗算法的光谱整形的方法比传统对原始数据直接快速傅里叶变换(FFT),能够实现更高的纵向层析分辨率。基于这个选定的算法,通过光谱整形后,软件呈现了样品的实时结构层析图像。 |

| Because of the non Gaussian distribution of sampled spectrum from the swept source optical coherence tomography systems (SS-OCT), an implementation of spectral reshaping based on Hamming window function is applied to the sampled interference spectrum. The application of optional Hamming window algorithm for reshaping successfully enhances the tomography axial resolution of upper bound(plastic card)coated on the sample surface, of which the resolution of mask layer is increased from 128.9 μm to 109.4 μm. The algorithm based on Hamming window realizes a higher axial resolution than that of the method by conventional direct FFT, owing to better compression of the A scanning signal broadening. Based on the designate algorithm, the real time structural imaging of samples using spectral reshaping is demonstrated by software. |
