| 针对传统的人工维修存在培训周期长、效率低下、成本高等不足,引入增强现实技术,以某型电源箱为维修目标,构建了一套装配维修训练的增强现实系统。利用双目立体视觉技术、计算机图形技术、图像处理技术等开发了此套系统。在人机交互过程中采用静态标识和动态标识相结合的方法,人手控制动态标识触发感兴趣的内容,完成维修作业。实践证明该系统人机交互性能良好,操作方便,较之传统的人工维修在数字化程度和效率上有了很大的提高。 |

| As traditional manual maintenance have disadvantages such as long training period, low efficiency and high cost, augmented reality technology is used to build up a maintenance training system, with a power box as maintenance target. With the help of technologies such as stereo vision, computer graphics, image processing, this system is successfully set up. Static markers and dynamic markers are used together to finish computer human interaction work. When dynamic marker is moved to trigger interested contest, system will guide the user to finish maintenance work. Tests show that this user friendly system performs well on interaction and improves efficiency on maintenance work. |
