| 介绍变倍范围0.8×~8×连续变倍体视显微镜物镜的光学变倍原理。通过计算得出前固定组、变倍组、补偿组和后固定组焦距分别为43.149mm、-26mm、-26mm和54.846mm,利用Zemax光学设计软件在数值孔径取0.15~0.2条件下各自进行优化得到初始结构参数。组合后进一步优化,数值孔径取0.1,得出最终结构参数,并分析优化前后高、中、低倍时的各光学像差。利用高斯光学原理,通过计算变倍组作线性移动x,求出补偿组作非线性移动y的运动曲线,从而进行精密凸轮设计,开发出像差小又实用的体视显微镜物镜。 |

| The zoom principle of the 0.8×~8× zoom stereo microscope objective is introduced. The focal length of front mount group, multifocal lens group, compensating lens group and back mount group were figured out respectively, 43.149mm, -26mm, -26mm and 54.846mm, then were optimized to obtain initial structural parameters with the numerical aperture ranged from 0.15 to 0.2 by optical design software Zemax. Final structural parameters were obtained by again to optimize with the numerical aperture of 0.1, and optical aberration of the high, medium, low power lens before and after the optimization were analyzed respectively. According to Gaussian optical principle, non linear motion y of compensating lens group was resolved by computing linear motion x of multifocal lens group, obtaining motion curve equation. Precision cam was designed and practical low aberration stereo microscope objective will be developed. |
