| 透镜中心偏差是评价光学系统质量的重要指标之一。利用干涉法测量中心偏,干涉环的处理精度是关键部分。针对其它图像处理方法无法有效的处理双干涉环的问题,运用MatLab软件编写算法处理图像,包括方向滤波、自适应阈值二值化、OPTA细化和最小二乘法拟合。搭建实验平台得到干涉图,处理结果表明该算法对双干涉环以及对比度低的劣质图像效果比较明显。 |

| The presence of centering error is one of indexes in optical system evaluating. By using interference method to measure center error, the ring processing precision is the key part. To aim at the problem that the other methods of image processing can′t process the two interference fringes effectively, the MatLab software is used to write processing stripes algorithm including the orientation filter, adaptive threshold binarization, OPTA thinning and least squares fitting. Building experimental platform, the results show that this method is very effective with the two interference fringes, low contrast and inferior image. |
