| 在研制电定标热释电辐射计(electrically calibrated pyroelectric radiometer,ECPR)的基础上,设计和研制了紫外探测器绝对光谱响应测试系统。系统由紫外光源、光栅单色仪、移动探测器平台、弱信号检测仪器以及计算机和软件组成。测试采用参考探测器和待测探测器的光谱响应度比较的方法完成,能够直接获得紫外探测器绝对光谱响应。整个系统具有自动化和操作方便以及精度高的特点,为紫外光谱绝对测量提供了一种解决方案。 |

| A spectral response measuring system ECPR have been designed and developed. A measuring system for absolute spectral response of UV detector is invented, which comprises ultraviolet source, grating spectrometer, mobile detector platform, weak signal detection instrument, and computer with special software. The test is based on the reference detector and a detector to be measured is tested under identical conditions. And then the absolute spectral response is obtained. The system has a feature of automation, easy operation and high accuracy and provides a good solution for the measure of absolute spectral response of UV. |
