| 为实现临床医学诊断上对多种病毒同时进行检测,研究了一种基于Visual C 开发的酶标微孔板阵列图像采集系统.该系统由步进电机带动酶标微孔板运行相应步数后,由CCD采集图像,采集到的图像数据被保存至硬盘中.系统循环运行采集多幅图像,图像文件以不同的名字命名以进行存储和处理,该方法效率高,速度快. |

| In order to realize the detection for several viruses on clinical diagnosis at one time,an image-grabbing system of enzyme labelled microplate based on Visual C++ is introduced.In the system,the CCD grabs an image after the microplate moved for several steps.The image data is stored to the hard-disk.More images are grabbed by the way of looping-running and stored as different file names to be processed.This method has good efficiency and high processing speed. |
