| Spectra overlapping analysis is an important aspect of data processing in four dye fluorescence-based DNA sequencing,which deduces the concentration of four dyes from fluorescence emission intensities at four different wave-lengths.The paper focuses on transform model for spectra overlapping and three algorithms of transform matrix determination,and the character of each algorithm was presented.At last,the steps of raw data preprocessing have been presented. |
