| To decrease or eliminate the laser beam drift is the key to the high accurate laser measurement,especially the laser alignment technique.Several methods of restraining and compensating laser drift are described in detail.The principle and apparatuses of each method are displayed.The characteristics are compared.Some ideas about its trend are given. |
