| 提出了一种利用衍射光学元件实现高功率激光二极管(LD)的高效、均匀泵浦耦合板条激光结构介质的方法,并采用G-S改进算法进行了理论计算.计算结果显示,理论上可获得85%以上的传输效率(考虑光学表面未镀膜具有5%的反射率),85%左右的均匀性;在焦深为10mm的范围内,光斑的均匀性大于83%,且光斑大小仅为6mm. |

| In this paper,it is presented a high efficient and homogeneous pump coupling technology for the high power LD pumped slab laser medium using the diffractive optical element.Theoretical results are simulated using the improved G-S arithmetic.The theoretical results show 85% of transmission efficiency and 85% of RMS homogeneity can be obtained considering 5% of optical surface reflection coefficient(the surface is not coated).Between 10mm of the focus depth,the RMS homogeneity is larger than 83% and the beam size is about 6mm. |
