| 介绍了光学薄膜在十八所研制的空间太阳电池上的应用情况.通过高温高真空蒸镀的方法,制备出单层增透膜MgF2,双层增透膜TiOx/SiOy、TiOx/YOy和TiOx/AlOy;通过高真空离子辅助沉积的方法,制备出带通滤光膜.通过应用单层增透膜MgF2,太阳电池的输出功率提高2%;通过应用双层增透膜,太阳电池的短路电流提高36%~48%(硅太阳电池的短路电流提高近48%,砷化镓太阳电池提高近36%).通过应用带通滤光膜,太阳电池的吸收系数降低0.06. |

| Kinds of optical thin films for space solar cells in No.18~(th) Research Institute are described.Single-layer anti-reflection(AR) coatings(MgF_2) and double-layer anti-reflection coatings(TiO_x/SiO_y,TiO_x/YO_y and TiO_x/AlO_y) were made by vacuum evaporation.Band-pass filters were made by ionassisted deposition(IAD) process.The output power of space solar cells is increased 2% by using single-layer AR coatings;The short current is improved 36%~48% by using double-layer AR coatings;The absorption coefficient is decreased 0.06 by using band-pass filters. |
