| 采用电阻蒸发和电子束蒸发方法,制备了9种红外薄膜材料的单层膜,包括氟化物、硫化物和硒化物.通过测量在可见近红外波段的透射率,采用包络线法计算出这些薄膜从可见到红外的折射率,高温退火能改善薄膜的光学性能. |

| Some single-layer films of 9 infrared thin film materials,which include fluoride,sulfide and selenide,have been made by resistive heating evaporation or electron beam bombardment technique.According to their transmissivity from visible light to infrared light,refractive indices have been calculated for these 9 materials over a wavelength range from visible light to infrared light by envelope method.Annealing can improve optical property of these thin films. |
