| 考虑了在固体浸没透镜(SIL)的球面表面的反射,应用矢量衍射理论比较分析了半球形固体浸没透镜(h-SIL)和等光程的超半球形固体浸没透镜(s-SIL)的透射场分布.h-SIL和s-SIL的分辨力、焦深、聚焦强度和随波长的色散被详细比较.计算结果发现:当它们被包围在空气中时,s-SIL的分辨力比h-SIL的大n倍以上(n是SIL的折射率);s-SIL的聚焦强度比h-SIL的大,但它的焦深比较小.s-SIL的横向色散率远大于h-SIL的,但h-SIL的轴向色散率与s-SIL的几乎相等.h-SIL的横向色散很小,可以忽略不计. |

| Considering the reflection on the sphereical of solid immersion lens(SIL) and using vector diffraction theory,the transmitted field distributions are analyzed for the hemisphere SIL(h-SIL) and the aplanatic supersphere SIL(s-SIL).The resolution,focal depth,focused intensity,and dispersion with wavelength are compared in detail for h-SIL and s-SIL.The numerical calculations show that when surrounded in air,the resolution of the s-SIL is n times much greater than that of the h-SIL,where n is the refractive index of SIL.The light throughout of the s-SIL is greater and its focal depth is smaller.The s-SIL system has larger transverse dispersion with wavelength but its axial dispersion ratio is almost equal to that of the h-SIL system.The transverse dispersion of the h-SIL system is very small and can be neglected. |
