| 介绍了一种光纤光源实时测试系统.利用GPIB总线或RS-232串行接口把光功率计、光谱分析仪、高低温箱与计算机连接起来,然后利用Borland C Builder开发环境编制程序完成对仪器的控制、数据的采集和实时处理等功能,建立了一套光纤光源的实时测试系统.该系统可以同时监控和显示光纤光源的输出功率、谱线宽度、峰值波长等参数,有效提高了光纤光源性能参数的测量效率. |

| A system for real-time measure of fiber source is introduced.The power-meter,optical spectrum analyzer and low/high temperature test chambers were connected to a computer with the GPIB or RS-232 serial port,and then a program was produced to control the instruments and take data acquisition and real-time data processing.The measure system which we established initially can monitor and display the performance parameters of fiber source such as output power,full width at half maximum and peak wavelength.The system advanced the measure efficiency of the performance parameters of fiber source. |
