| 对光纤插针端面干涉计量是测量其三维形貌和几何参数的一个重要而有效的方法,采用光纤端面干涉图像静态分析方法.首先,通过Canny算子边缘提取算法,得到干涉条纹的边缘,接着用改进的随机Hough变换算法检测出边缘曲线的参数,并结合等厚干涉物理模型得到光纤插针端面的各项参数,实验结果表明,这种检测方法的重复性误差在2%以内.而且能够在1s内完成一次系统计算。 |

| Interferometer is an important and effective method for measuring the surface topography and the geometrical parameters of fiber ferrule end-face.This article applies the static analysis method to deal with the interference image.Firstly,we detect the edges of interferential image by the Canny arithmetic operators.Secondly,through the improved random Hough transform arithmetic,we can calculate the parameters of the edge curve.Combining the theory model of equal-thickness interference,we can get the parameters of the ferrule end-face.Experimental results show that the repeatability error of the method is less than 2% and the calculation can be accomplished in 1s. |
