| A technique was presented on fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning of large aperture optical elements before coating. This technique enabled volume cleaning of large aperture optical elements and a good yield rate of 85%. Not only did it ensure cleaning quality but it achieved high cleaning efficiency, saved labor and reduced labor intensity. A year of practical application finds this technique is very fit for volume cleaning. |
