| Using high brightness and high purity LED as light source, the optical rotatory dispersion instrument has been manufactured successfully. At different optical wavelengh, the rotatory angles of chiral material including griseofulvin solution and sodium chlorate crystal have been measured and compared repeatedly. The results show that the optical rotatory dispersion instrument possesses high accuracy, good repetition and convenience. |
