| 讨论了一种能对悬浮式生物芯片进行宽通道快速检测的分析测试技术,它根据微球探针的直径和微球探针之间的统计距离,设计了待测试液的特殊流场。利用脉冲激光激发微球探针上的荧光,配合高灵敏度的CCD检测荧光信息,计算机对各个CCD记录的荧光信息进行后期处理,获得悬浮式生物芯片中微球探针上的全部信息,实现了宽通道快速检测。 |

| A rapid wide channel detection technology for suspension biochip was studied. A special fluid field of test sample has been designed which size is depend on diameter of micro-sphere and statistic distance between micro-sphere's. Fluorescence is excited by pulse-laser and the information of suspension biochip is obtained by employing high sensitivity CCD. The signal of fluorescence then was processed by computer. So the entire information from suspension biochip was obtained. Rapid wide channel detection has be came ture. |
