| The optical transfer function(OTF) is well known as the more objective and effective method that is used in evaluating the optical system imaging quality.In this paper the fundamental theory is presented,the main OTF testing instruments home and abroad at present are introduced in our country and foreign,including their mathematical model,measuring principle,basic structure and main performance.The development trends of OTF testing instrument are also represented specially. |
