| The spectrophotometer is used to measure the transmittance and absorbance of the substance in the different wavelength light. Since the characteristics of the light source and silicon photodiode vary greatly in different wavelengths, the signals measured have greater dynamic range, and the signal is very weak at 335nm. This paper discusses the design of the luminosity sampling circuit for the spectrophotometer, which is both simple and reliable. |
