| This paper introduces the character of PAL surface and its application,then describes a methodology of measurement and data treatment for PAL.By many experiments and analysis,we could prove that our aspheric surface measuring instrument in miniature and the methodology of measurement which is discussed have reached the request of PAL measuring.It is a practical and valid measurement for PAL. |
