| The concept and manufactory of biochip are described in the paper, the fluorescence labeling and detection of the biochip are mainly concerned, analysis and comparison of the related detection methods are mentioned too. As a result, the laser confocal fluorescence scanner has a better detecting sensitivity and scanning revolution than the CCD fluorescence scanner, but the latter needs less detecting time than the former and has a less cost. |
