| This paper summarized some kinds of traditional imaging technique for biological structures.A novel method of three dimensional microscopic imaging is developed for internal microscopic structures of biological specimens.This method includes three steps,firstly,making series slices of biological tissue,secondly,capturing the pictures of the series slices by CCD camera,and then storing the pictures in sequence to a computer,finally,reconstructing the three dimensional images from the sequential pictures by the computer. |
