| 测试了Ho:YAG和Ho:YLF晶体的吸收话和荧光谱,计算Ho~(3+)离子的振子强度参数f_JJ~t[c],辐射跃迁几率地A_J,J'荧光辐射寿命τJ[c],并与实验测得的荧光辐射寿命τJ[e]及振子强度的实验值f_J[e]比较。应用跃迁速率方程计算得出对应2.1μm的荧光强度最大的掺杂离子Ho~(3+)的最佳浓度分别为~2.5%和~1%左右。讨论了YAG和YLF作为芬Ho~(3+)的基质晶体优点。 |

| The absorption and fluorescence spectra of Ho3+inos were measured. The oscil lator strength f[c],the probabilities of radiative transitions A J,J,fluorescence lifetime [c] of Ho3+ ions in YAG and YLF crystals were calculated on the basis of Judd-ofelt theory,and were compared on fluorescence lifetime [c]obetaind from experiments and experimentel values f J .J[c]of oscillator strength. The optimum doped relative concentrations of Ho 3+ ions in these crystals were calculated from transmition rate-equations as-2. 5% and -1 % respectively. The advantages of YAG and YLF crystals as laser host crystals of Ho3+ ions were discussed. |
