      对目前显微镜机械移动平台上广泛使用的钢丝滚珠导轨结构受力状况进行了分析计算,找出了影响质量的主要问题是钢丝与滚珠间接触应力大大超过材料的许用应力所致,在此基础上提出了采用三角导轨以减少接触应力的设计方案,并在批量生产中得到了验证。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,the author analyses and calculates the under-tress state of the track structure with steel-wire and ball-bearing which is now widely used in the mechani-cal stage of microscope. He also discovers that the main cause to affect the quality is that touch stress between steel-wire and ball-bearing is rnuch greater than allowable stress of material, And based on his conclusion,he puts forward his design program of reducing touch stress by adopting triangle track,the excellent performance of which has been demonstrated in mass production.
