| A new fine dividing technique is presented in this paper, which combines two orthogonal moire signals into a triangular wave and then modulates it using pulse width modulation method. Theoretic analysis and experimental results show that its accuracy depends on the stability of original orthogonal moire signals. The nonlinear error within one periodcan be compensated by means of a software method and so is the systematic error of the whole measurement. |
