| 采用无量纲参数推导了激光三角位移计中PSD两种不同位置取向时各参数对分辨率和测量范围的影响,用数值方法计算了接收透镜接收的光能的质心线角住置,指出:上述两种情况下,视角的大小时分辨率有相反的影响。并比较了这两种情况下激光三角位移计的分辨率和测量范围。因采用无量纲参数,所得结论对三角位移的设计及实际应用有普遍意义。 |

| The influence of each parameter of laser trianglation on resolution and range isconcluded when dimensionless parameters are adopted. The values of the centroid ray's angleof luminous energy received by the detection lens are calculated by numerical method. The re-sults show that the influence of the viewing angle on resolution is contrary for the two abovementioned conditions. The resolution and range of the two conditions is compared respective-ly. Due to dimentionless parameters,the results are of universal significance for design andapplication of optical triangultaion. |
