| This paper briefly introduced fundamental principle of OPA (Ophthalaldehyde) derivative metgod. Application of OPA derivative method in the FIA-F4010Flow Injection Analysis Fluorescencespectrophotometer was introduced. Some applied examples of analysis for L-Leu., L-Ser., L-Asp., Gly. were described in detail. Meanwhile the practicability, the sensitivity, the flow road etc.of the appliance were discussed in this paper. |
